Having an understanding of how the engine is broken down in it’s individual parts allows for you to get ahead of purchasing spares where needed, so that you can service your engine ahead of time to avoid failures.

  1. Understand how the carburetors work: A large part of how the engines make power is understanding how the carbs are setup. Understanding how and when your carb is running rich or lean, how to adjust the jets and needles and how to maintain your carb will help you draw more performance out of your 206 engine.

  1. Review the most Common Mistakes Guide for the 206: There are plenty of tips and tricks about the 206 that most racers overlook.
